Rainbow Steps Quilt - pattern release and a giveaway

Well it is all finished.  My new quilt in the Rainbow Series is now out in the world for all to see!

Presenting  .......

 Rainbow Steps

Rainbow Steps is an easy, peasy quilt to make.  It is all straight line sewing and all the pieces are rectangles.  I wanted to keep the design simple so the quilt became all about the colour.  It is 60" x 72" (150cm x 180cm).


 

  Each colour of the rainbow is represented and there are five different fabrics within each colourway.



 Team clear, bright, crisp colours with white and they just sing and zing!



At first I was a bit nervous about having a large area of white but when quilted simply with straight lines that echo the look of the quilt I think it works really well.



And of course a rainbow quilt must have a rainbow binding - it just should!!

The pattern is available for purchase from my Etsy Store and my Craftsy Store.


A Celebratory Giveaway

To celebrate the release of this new quilt I have decided to have a giveaway of the pattern - in fact I have decided that this is a great way to celebrate all releases of any future new pattern.  I am starting a new trend for myself!!!

So starting today, Wednesday 13th June, and ending Monday 18th June (a five day giveaway) one copy of the new Rainbow Steps Quilt pdf pattern will be given away to three lucky winners.

For one entry just become a follower (you can choose Google Friends, Bloglovin', Linky Followers, rss or email - if you choose email, the best way not to miss any posts!!, just remember you have to verify your subscription with the return email notice).  Leave me a comment letting me know.  If you are already a follower (thanks!) just leave me a comment telling me so.

For a second chance to win jump over to my Facebook Fan Page and 'like' me or simply hit the 'like' thumbs up in the Facebook box in the right sidebar of my blog.  Leave a separate comment telling me I have a new fan.  Again, if you are already a fan (thanks!), just leave me a comment saying so.

At the end of the giveaway the winners will be chosen by my special random number generators (some of you have met these little smiling folk before!).  Please make sure you have enabled your return email notifications or leave me your email so I can let you know you are a winner.
